You will remain fully clothed throughout your craniosacral therapy session. For your comfort, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Sessions are typically quiet and relaxing, with treatment provided on a massage table in a calm environment.
Side-by-Side Treatments
There are many ways to celebrate something special, and one of them is with a side-by-side treatment.
Choose from any of our spa services (excluding RMT services) and enjoy them side by side. A $10 per person upgrade applies to all side-by-side treatments.

To ensure a smooth experience, we ask all clients to arrive 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
We begin each session with a complimentary cup of tea, an in-depth consultation, and a personalized essential oil blend selection.
For clients not staying at the resort, On-site parking is available. Please stop by Pacific Sands Beach Resort Guest Services to obtain a parking pass.

It was so peaceful, relaxing and loved how thorough everything was. Jess and Isabel made sure to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The beds were nice and warm, my husband said Isabel’s pressure was amazing! Jess relieved so much of my back pain. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!
